• 1/2 cup (80g) raw hazelnuts
• 1/4 cup (35g) hulled sunflower seeds
• 1/2 cup (60g) coconut, finely shredded
• 1/4 cup (80g) honey
• 1/4 cup (80g) tahini
• Pinch of sea salt
Into the thermo place hazelnuts and sunflower seeds.

Add coconut, honey and tahini, season with a generous pinch of sea salt.

Scrape down the sides of the thermo bowl, pushing the mixture onto the blades.

Using a teaspoon, and with damp hands, roll the mixture into balls.
TIP: For the best flavour, allow the balls to set for 24 hours before eating. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator where they will last for up to 2 weeks.
