I’m SO HAPPY Slice

OMG … THIS IS SOOOO GOOD!

Makes 8

• 2 cups (200g) rolled oats

• 1/2 cup (130g) natural crunchy peanut butter

• 1/2 cup (160g) honey (use agave for a vegan option)

• 1/4 cup (50g) chocolate chips (use dairy-free if needed)

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 27 x 11cm loaf tin with baking paper.

Place the first three all ingredients into the thermo bowl.

Scrape the mixture into a bowl. Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared tin. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges just start browning. Cool for 10 minutes, and cut into bars. Store in a cool dry place for up to a week (though, I guarantee it won’t last this long!)

OPTIONAL: I have made this delicious slice substituting raisins for chocolate chips, dried apricots and white chocolate chips, raspberries and white chocolate chips ~ options are endless.
