Makes 11/2 cups
• 1 clove garlic, quartered
• 150g semi-dried tomatoes
• 150g roasted, marinated capsicums, drained
• 200g feta cheese
• 2 tablespoons (40g) sweet chilli sauce
Place the garlic into the thermo bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients, and season with cracked pepper.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl, pushing the mixture onto the blades.

Serve with fresh veggie sticks and Melba toast.
OPTIONAL: For another really tasty Rocket & Walnut Pesto simply place 60g rocket + 1 cup firmly packed fresh basil + 1/2 cup roasted walnuts + 2 cloves garlic, crushed + 1 teaspoon lemon zest + 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese + 1 tablespoon olive oil into thermo bowl. Turbo boost for 3 seconds. Using the spatula, push mixture down onto blades and add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix 20 seconds, speed 6. Add 1 more tablespoon olive oil and blend till the mixture is smooth. Season to taste.
