Sesame & Honey Bars

Makes 12

• 1 cup (130g) sesame seeds

• 1 cup (100g) rolled oats

• 1/2 cup (160g) honey

• 1/2 cup (115g) butter, softened

Preheat oven 180°C. Add the sesame seeds and oatmeal to the thermo bowl.

Add the honey and butter.

Use the spatula to scrape the mixture into a paper-lined 28 x 18cm baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing to serve.
