White Chocolate & Macadamia Nut Cookies

Makes 30

• 100g raw macadamias

• 125g white chocolate buttons 

• 4 tablespoons (60g) sugar

• 1 cup (170g) self-raising flour

• 100g soft butter, chopped

• 1 egg

Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking tray with baking paper. Place the macadamias into the thermo bowl.

Pour into a bowl, add white chocolate buttons and set aside. Place the sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour into the thermo bowl.

Insert butterfly and add butter.

Add egg.

Remove butterfly and add flour, macadamias and white chocolate buttons.

or until well combined, I did push it all down half way through. Form into small balls and place onto tray at least 5cm apart. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until firm on the bottom.
