Creamy Jalapeño Dip

Serves 6

• 1 cup (250) sour cream

• 1 cup (260g) mayonnaise

• 21/2 tablespoons Dry Ranch Style Seasoning (see next page)

• 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, drained

• 1/2 cup fresh coriander, washed and dried

• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Place all ingredients into the thermo bowl and season with cracked pepper.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl, pushing the mixture onto the blades.

Serve with fresh veggie sticks and Melba toast.
