5 seconds (twice)This yummy seasoning is HUGE in the States, sold pre-packaged like our French Onion Soup, it is just delicious used in rissoles or mixed with breadcrumbs as crumbing for pan fried chicken, fish or steak and in the Creamy Jalapeño Dip on previous page.
Makes approximately 5 tablespoons (1/4 cup)
• 2 tablespoons dried parsley
• 3 teaspoons ground black pepper
• 2 teaspoons sea salt
• 21/2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 11/4 teaspoons onion powder
• 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Place all the ingredients into the thermo bowl.

Store in a zip lock bag. To make a Ranch Dressing, 11/2 tablespoons of Seasoning with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup buttermilk. For a yummy Ranch Dip, mix 11/2 tablespoons of seasoning with 13/4 cups sour cream and 1/4 cup of buttermilk.
