Feta Dip with Spiced Pita Crisps

Serves 8

• 200g feta

• 1/4 cup (60g) olive oil

• 1 garlic clove, chopped

• 1/4 cup (60g) milk

Place the feta, oil and garlic into the thermo bowl.

Half way through remove MC and steadily add the milk until a smooth paste forms. Using the spatula scrape the dip into a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve with these scrumptious pita crisps …

SPICED PITA CRISPS

• 2 large wholemeal pita breads

• 1 tablespoon (15g) olive oil

• 1 teaspoon ground cumin seeds

• 1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds

• 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

• 8 black peppercorns

• 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Meanwhile split the pita breads in half, brush both sides with oil and lay on a baking tray. Into the thermo bowl place cumin, coriander, sesame seeds, peppercorns and paprika. Roast 1 minute / 100°C / speed 1. Mill 30 seconds / Speed 8. Sprinkle over the oiled pita breads.
