Strawberries & Cream Dip

Makes 11/2 cups

• 250g light cream cheese, softened

• 1/2 cup (125g) Greek yogurt

• 1/2 cup (160g) strawberry jam

Into the thermo bowl, place the cream cheese.

Add the yoghurt and strawberry jam. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, pushing the cream cheese onto the blades.

The dip should be nice and smooth (if not mix again: 10 seconds, speed 4). Cover and chill for at least one hour or until ready to serve.

TIP: Serve this with fresh-cut chunks of seasonal fruit; rockmelon, honeydew, pineapple, apple and whole strawberries and thin slices of freshly sliced crunchy baguette … They ALL work!
