Warm Cheese Fondue

Serves 8

• 200g cheddar cheese, cubed

• 2 tablespoons (30g) butter

• 1 teaspoon ground cumin

• 3/4 cup (180g) sour cream

Place cheese into the thermo bowl.

Set aside. Add the butter and cumin.

Add sour cream and cheese.

Pour the dip into a serving bowl and serve with a platter of freshly sliced, crusty baguette or vegetable crudités to dip.
