Pizza Dough

Makes 4 bases

• 220g lukewarm water

• 50g olive oil

• 7g dry yeast

• 500g bakers flour

• 1 teaspoon salt

Place the water, oil and yeast into the thermo bowl.

Add the flour and the salt.

Using the spatula, spoon the dough into a lightly oiled large bowl and cover with cling film. Leave to rest in a warm place for at least 30 minutes or until it has doubled in size. Divide dough in half (for two large pizzas, or into four if making smaller ones) and place on a clean, floured surface. Using a floured rolling pin roll the dough into pizza bases and add your family’s favourite toppings. Bake in a preheated 220°C oven for about for 20 minutes.

TIP: Pop a small ball of dough in a glass full of water. When the ball bobs, the dough is well leavened or ready for baking.
