• 11/4 cups (300g) lukewarm water
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 7g dry yeast
• 500g bakers flour
• 11/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
• 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Chunky Garlic
Place the water, oil and yeast into the thermo bowl.

Add the flour, salt, herbs and garlic.

Turn the dough out into a large lightly oiled bowl and cover it with cling film. Leave to rest in a warm place, I used my windowsill, for 30 minutes or until it has doubled in size. Preheat oven 210°C. Place the dough onto a paper lined baking tray, and roll it out into a long 2cm thick rectangle. Lightly brush with olive oil and sprinkle with a variety of toppings; herbs, garlic, sea salt, cracked pepper or grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
TIP: My eldest boy loves this sliced and lightly toasted as a BLT.
