Yummy Bread Rolls

Makes 16

• 2 tablespoons (30g) plain flour

• 2 tablespoons (30g) sugar

• 1 1/3 cups (330g) buttermilk

• 350g bakers flour

• 11/4 tablespoon (20g) butter, softened

• 7g dry yeast

Place the plain flour, sugar and 1/2 cup (125g) buttermilk into the thermo bowl.

Cool for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients (except yeast).

Add yeast.

Turn the dough out into a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with cling film and leave sit in a warm place (best between 20 to 25°C) for 30 minutes or until it has doubled in size. Slice the dough into 16 squares and place them side by side on a paper-lined baking tray. Bake in an unheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes.
