Raspberry Balsamic Reduction

Makes 1 cup

• 2/3 cup (160g) balsamic vinegar

• 2 tablespoons (30g) honey

• 1/4 cup (40g) raspberries

• Pinch of sea salt flakes

Place all the ingredients into the thermo bowl.

Serve as is, or pour through a sieve to remove raspberry seeds.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Vibrant and colourful this vinaigrette is great to serve on a nutty or fruity salad.
