Walnut, Bacon & Rosemary Sauce

Serves 4

• 70g Parmesan cheese, cubed

• 1/2 cup (55g) roasted walnuts

• 2 cloves garlic

• 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary leaves

• 3 tablespoons butter

• 4 slices bacon, rindless cut into thin strips

• 250g Philadelphia Cream for cooking

Add the Parmesan, walnuts, garlic and rosemary into the thermo bowl.
