• 1 skinless chicken breast fillet
• 1 spring onion
• 1 litre chicken stock
• 420g can creamed corn
• 1 tablespoon (15g) tamari soy sauce
• 1 egg, beaten
Cut the chicken breast into pieces, cut the spring onion into quarters and place into the thermo bowl. Add the stock and season with cracked pepper.
