Healthy Chickpea Soup

Serves 4

• 1 onion, quartered

• 2 slices bacon

• 1 tablespoon (15g) olive oil

• 1 zucchini, sliced

• 300g can chickpeas, drained

• 2 cups (500g) chicken stock

Place the onion and bacon into the thermo bowl.

Cool for 5 minutes and blend for 20 seconds / speed 7 for a smoother consistency.
