• 1 onion, peeled and quartered
• 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
• 2 cloves fresh garlic
• 3 tablespoons (45g) olive oil
• 1 kg chuck steak, cut into 3cm cubes
• 400g can diced tomatoes (or condensed tomato soup)
• 3 medium potatoes, washed and cubed
• 2 tablespoons (40g) Korma paste
• 3/4 cup (185g) water
• 1/2 cup (70g) peas
Place onion, ginger and garlic into the thermo bowl.
