• 1/2 cup (100g) caster sugar
• 250g cream cheese, chopped
• 300g sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 75g dark chocolate, melted
Preheat oven 180°C. Place the sugar into the thermo bowl.

Add cream cheese, sour cream and eggs.

Scrape down sides. Pour half the cheesecake filling into a prepared cheesecake base. Drizzle with half the melted chocolate, and using a butter knife ‘swirl’ it through the creamy mixture. Add remaining cheesecake filling and melted chocolate and ‘swirl’. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool. Refrigerate and serve cold.
