• 250g cream cheese, softened
• 400g can condensed milk
• 10g gelatin
• 2 passionfruit
Add cream cheese to the thermo bowl.

Scrape down the sides. Add condensed milk.

Add the gelatin to 1/4 cup of hot water and stir briskly with a fork until dissolved. Add it and passionfruit pulp to the creamy mixture.
