• 1 litre milk
• 1 cup (185g) Arborio rice
• 1/4 cup (50g) raw sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons orange zest
Insert the butterfly bar over the sharp, lower blade. Place all the ingredients into the thermo bowl.

Check for texture, taste and tenderness, and serve sprinkled with a little extra orange zest. Please note, this will thicken as it cools.
TIP: To make your own Shortcrust Pastry: Place 1/2 cup (115g) butter, chilled and cubed, 1 generous cup (220g) plain flour, and a pinch of salt into the thermo bowl. Mix 10 seconds / Speed 7. Add 1/4 cup (60g) icy cold water and knead for 20 seconds. Add a little extra water to bind if needed. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before rolling out.
