This is Thermost delicious custard I’ve ever made.
Makes approx. 4 cups
• 1/2 cup (90g) raw sugar
• 3 tablespoons (30g) cornflour
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups (500g) milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place the sugar and cornflour into the thermo bowl.

This results in a delicious creamy pouring custard and is just lovely with puddings, especially the 4 Ingredient Plum Pudding in 4 Ingredients Celebrations at Christmas. Or over freshly sliced bananas, sprinkled with nutmeg or in a bowl just on its own.
