Healthy Raspberry Mousse

Serves 4

• 225g fresh raspberries

• 350g silken tofu

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 3 tablespoons (60g) agave nectar or honey

Insert the butterfly, locking it in over the sharp, lower blade. Place the ingredients into the thermo bowl.

Pour the mixture evenly among 4 dessert dishes or glasses and chill for up to 2 hours.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Garnish with a few raspberries and a green mint leaf to serve.
