Rosewater Buttercream

Makes 1 cup

• 1/2 cup (115g) butter, chopped

• 2 cups (240g) icing sugar

• 2 tablespoons cream

• 1 teaspoon rose essence

• 3 to 4 drops rose colouring

• Pinch of sea salt

Place the butter into the thermo bowl.

Using the spatula, scrape down the sides of the bowl.
