Salted Peanut Frosting

Makes 3 cups

• 100g salted roasted peanuts

• 200g cream cheese, softened

• 4 cups (480g) icing sugar

• 50g butter, softened

Place the peanuts into the thermo bowl.

Add the cream cheese, icing sugar and butter.

Scrape down the sides. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This is Thermo-Licious spread over chocolate brownies, sandwiched between cookies or on a freshly baked chocolate cake.
