• 250g chicken, breast or thigh, roughly chopped
• 1 apple, cored and chopped
• 1 carrot, chopped
• 1/2 garlic clove
• 1/2 small brown onion, chopped
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/4 cup (15g) freshly grated wholemeal breadcrumbs
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Place the chicken into the thermo bowl.

Remove and set aside. Add the apple, carrot, garlic and onion.

Add remaining three ingredients and the chicken mince.

Take small balls of mixture and roll into little ‘fingers.’ Place on a paper-lined baking tray and grill for 8 minutes on each side. Allow to cool before serving to the pleasure of your baby.
TIP: For best results when mincing your own meat, partially frozen meat is easiest to mince.
