Makes 2 cups
• 1/2 cup (100g) quinoa
• 400g can coconut milk
• 2 tablespoons (30g) agave syrup (or honey)
Place quinoa in a fine sieve and rinse under cold running water. Drain well. Place quinoa, coconut milk and agave nectar into the thermo bowl.

Set aside for 5 minutes to cool. The quinoa will continue to absorb the coconut milk and thicken a little until ready to eat.
OPTIONAL: Serve warm with fresh or stewed fruits.
