Colin

“What was her excuse this time?” Lenny asks while we eat lunch on the small patio behind the car shop.

“Swore she had faulty blinkers,” Keith says between bites of his BLT sandwich.

My colleagues laugh, but I immediately shut that shit down. “It wasn’t an excuse, guys.”

Keith stares me down and shakes his head. “Dude, she’s so into you. No one needs their oil changed that often. And no one has ever come in with faulty blinkers. It’s time you made a move. She clearly wants you to.”

I harrumph. “Felicity is nothing but a friend. She’s not into me.”

Logan and Keith share a look.

“What?”

“Nothing.” Logan says, “Keep fooling yourself.”

“I swear nothing is going on between us except for friendship.”

Keith puts his sandwich down. “So you’re telling me you’d say no to a fun and foxy lady like Felicity? You'd seriously turn her down if she begged you to kiss her?”

I shrug. “Thoughts like that have never crossed my mind.”

They burst out laughing, knowing all too well that’s impossible. A guy would have to be blind not to see how hot Felicity is. Her curves are mouth-watering, and her personality is the best. She’s sweet and kind and an awesome friend. I keep convincing myself and everyone else that I don’t have feelings for her. I’m not willing to lose my best friend if I tell her how I feel.

Damn, I need to stop thinking about her and focus on my upcoming assignment of rotating tires for Mr. Wilkinson’s car. I throw my sandwich wrapper into the trash can and scrape my chair behind me. “I’m going back in.”

“Running away means admitting the crime, dude,” Keith calls after me, but I pretend I don’t hear him. “You better think twice about denying your feelings for her.”

“Yeah, if you don’t go for it, some other guy might,” Logan shouts.

His words stop me in my tracks. I hold the door open with my right hand and look over my shoulder. “Do you believe that?”

“Colin, come on. A girl like her isn’t going to stay single forever.”

My knuckles turn white from grabbing the door with such force. The thought of Felicity with some other guy has me angry and irritated. My colleagues may be fools sometimes, but they could be right.

I know she goes on dates a lot. Hell, she even had one tonight, but she never makes it past the first date. I’ve never seen any of these guys as a real threat, but what if she meets someone who loves her for the amazing woman she is? I’ll lose her forever.

I loosen my grip on the door and storm inside. Rotating tires and changing oil will keep my thoughts occupied for a while.

Still, two tires in, and I’m thinking about Felicity again. My sister, Emma, has been teasing me about liking her for months. I’ve always brushed her comments off, but I know she’s right. How could she not be? Felicity is an amazing woman. I never wanted to act on my feelings before, but now the guys have planted thoughts in my head of her with another man, I’m not so sure.

The rest of the afternoon goes by in a blur, and by five, I’m more than ready to head home. I put on my helmet and ride my bike to my apartment, immediately jumping into the shower to clean off the day’s grease and sweat. As soon as the hot water hits my body, I close my eyes and let my mind wander.

Felicity’s face swims in front of me without effort. I groan as I think about her laugh, how her hair falls in soft waves over her shoulders, and how her curvy body looks in that dress with the deep V-cut. It’s enough to get a guy rock-hard.

I try to shake the thoughts. I can’t get caught up in these fantasies, no matter how tantalizing. It doesn’t work, though. Her sparkling smile and beautiful breasts are all I can think about, and they won’t be pushed into the background.

I grab a bar of soap and lather up, imagining Felicity’s hands running all over my body. I put the soap away and rinse off before letting out a deep groan. I can’t show up at my sister’s place feeling this horny, especially not when Felicity’s going to be there. Who knows what will happen? I might lose control. I can’t risk that.

I push one hand against the shower wall and use the other to grab my dick. Fuck. Only Felicity can make me this hard, and she doesn’t have a clue. How is that fair?

I give in to the fantasy, and for five glorious minutes, I allow myself to believe Felicity has feelings for me. More than that, I imagine she wants me.

My hand picks up speed while I think about laying Felicity on my bed and spreading her legs. I mentally lick her folds and imagine how beautiful she must look when she comes.

The only sounds are the water streaming from the showerhead and the rhythmic movements of my hand around my dick, but in my head, we’re both moaning and panting with pleasure.

Fantasizing about burying myself deep inside her is enough to push me over the edge. I groan loudly while I spray the shower wall with my cum.

It takes me a few moments to come back down to earth. I rinse myself and the shower clean before turning the water off and grabbing a towel. Then, I get dressed and hop on my bike.

By the time I arrive at my sister’s place, I’m fueled by excitement at the prospect of seeing Felicity. Maybe tonight, things will finally turn around.

“What’s wrong with you?” Emma asks when she holds the door open for me.

I step inside and follow her into Rosie’s room. “What do you mean?”

She narrows her eyes and elbows Stuart in the side. “Don’t you think Colin looks different?”

“I don’t,” I say with a growl

My sister isn’t one to give in so easily. She crosses her arms over her chest and nods. “You do. You look... giddy.”

“For fuck’s sake, Em. I don’t look giddy.”

“Hey, watch it! There’s a child present,” she says in a shocked tone.

I glance at Rosie’s bed. “Relax, she’s fast asleep.”

Stuart turns on the baby monitor, and we all head into the living room. “I’m sorry, man, but you do look happier than usual.”

“Yeah, like you just got laid,” Emma says with a smirk.

“Who just got laid?”

Shit.

I turn around to see Felicity standing there. She must’ve come in through the backdoor.

“No one,” I say sternly, hoping to get my sister off my back. The last thing I want is Felicity to think I’m sleeping with someone when I’m not.

“Girl, what a surprise,” Emma says, pulling her into a hug.

Felicity takes off her coat and smiles at my sister. “Colin asked me to help him look after Rosie tonight. I hope you guys don’t mind?”

“Of course not. Two pairs of eyes are always better than one,” Stuart says.

The guy might look tough on the outside, but he’s a soft cookie where his daughter is concerned.

Emma glances at her phone. “We should get going if we want to make it in time for the movie.”

“Go. You guys have fun,” I say, ushering them out the door.

“You too. Well, not too much fun if you get my drift,” Stuart says with a wink.

“Shut up, man.”

He wiggles his eyebrows at me before getting in the car and zooming off to the movie theatre.

When I get back into the living room, Felicity is perched on the edge of the sofa. She’s taken her cardigan off, and I realize she’s wearing that amazing dress with the V-cut that accentuates the outline of her breasts. The same ones I fantasized about in the shower earlier. Damn.

“What did you have in mind for us while Rosie is asleep?” she asks.

I clench my teeth together. If only she knew what I wished we could do.

But I can’t go there, or... can I?
