Wine Glass Markers

Hosting a gathering where people might have some wine? You need to make these drink markers, stat. They are super fast to make, can be customized in so many ways, and are really helpful in making sure guests don’t swipe someone else’s glass!

You will need:

* Coping saw

* 1 cork (makes 4 markers)

* Sandpaper

* Number rubber stamps

* Stamp pad

* 4 eye pins, cut to 12"

* 4 (1") earring hoop findings

* Round-nose pliers

* Optional: Charms with jump rings

  1. Use a coping saw to cut cork into 14" coins. Gently sand.
  2. Stamp numbers firmly on cork and let ink dry completely.
  3. Insert eye pins into the top of each coin and thread onto the earring hoop.
  4. Make a loop on the earring hoop to match the one that is already there, as shown in the illustration.

OPTIONS!

Fresh out of numeral stamps? Don’t fret. You can write in numbers with a permanent marker or improvise with something else. Maybe glue on some acrylic gems, tiny shells, or even some small foreign coins! You could also add a charm before making the closing loops.
