EXERCISE: follow with some light stretches and an inspiring, creative activity such as letter writing.
CONNECT: spend time with others celebrating life and having fun. Make the OH Mantra for Feeling Confident and in the Middle and grow familiar with your own voice; feel happy being who you are – everyone flowers differently.
MINDFUL EATING: shop for healthy, nutritious foods that make you feel great. Prepare a meal with love and eat mindfully, savouring every mouthful.
GETTING READY FOR BED: spritz your bedroom with aromatherapy oils and make a chamomile and lavender tea. Read a great novel or listen to a beautiful piece of music.
DRIFT OFF: close your eyes and review your day; from your freshly woken moment this morning, through to climbing into bed just a minute or two ago. Take three Easy Breaths, in and out, and drift off into a deep nourishing sleep.
