UPON RISING: give yourself a little longer to meditate today and see what happens. Try the Just Being Meditation here and follow this with some gentle stretching.
JOURNAL: make a luxury hot drink. In your journal, reflect on three things you might be grateful for today.
BRUNCH: time to freshen up. Exercise, especially if chosen with fun in mind, can become a beautiful meditation on movement and energy.
DE-CLUTTER: clean your living space with love, tidying away clutter and keeping hold of the things that bring you joy.
AFTERNOON: head out to a museum or gallery and meditate on the works of one of your favourite artists.
CONNECT WITH NATURE: take a walk outside and appreciate the beauty of a flower. No matter how many thoughts we might be having, nature is always there, quietly fulfilling itself.
FALL IN LOVE: recite love poetry. Swap the romantic interest of the piece (usually a him or a her) for something a little larger and dedicate the recital to life itself. When we smile at life, life often smiles back.
AT THE CLOSE OF DAY: sound your way into a new day, setting fresh intentions and getting a great night’s sleep.
TIP: A relaxed schedule gives life extra room to be spontaneous with you. Set off into your day with an air of openness and an attitude of ‘I wonder what will happen today?’
