Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Fish

These fun, fish-shaped Cinnamon Sugar Tortillas are delicious! When my oldest son was turning three he rummaged through our bread drawer, brought out the tortillas, and asked to make his “sugary fish chips.” They were a hit at our house and they’ll be a hit at yours, too! These tortillas are delicious when served with fresh fruit but they also taste great with Nutella and peanut butter!

YIELDS 8–10 MEDIUM TO SMALL TORTILLA FISH

12 tablespoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons sugar

Fish cookie cutter or cookie cutter shape you desire

3 (8-inch or 10-inch) white flour tortillas

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 cup fresh diced fruit, optional

Nutella, optional

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F, then whisk together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.

2. Use your desired cookie cutters to cut shapes out of your white flour tortillas. Then place the tortillas on a silicone baking sheet or a piece of parchment paper.

3. Brush melted butter on top of your tortilla shapes, then sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar mixture.

4. Place tortillas in the oven and bake for 7–10 minutes or until edges are lightly crisped. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

5. Once tortillas have cooled, dip your Cinnamon Sugar Tortillas in fruit, Nutella, or your desired topping.

TREAT TIPS!

If desired, you can put your tortillas in the microwave for 10–20 seconds to warm them up. It will help make it easier to cut them, especially for little hands.
