Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

½ cup strawberries

½ cup banana

½ cup pineapple

1 tablespoon chia seeds

A few leaves fresh mint

½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups coconut milk

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a tall jug or glass and blend with stick blender.

    Tip: Chia seeds are an excellent source of fibre and healthy fat, helping to keep you feeling fuller for longer.
