2 bananas, peeled and frozen
85 g (3 oz/¼ cup) smooth peanut butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
Peanut butter and banana… the new peanut butter and jello! This is ridiculously tasty.
Put the bananas, peanut butter and vanilla extract in the food processor and blend until thick and creamy, scraping down the sides every 30 seconds. Process until the mixture becomes completely smooth and has the consistency of soft-serve ice cream. Serve immediately.
Top Tip: This is also incredible with an added ½ tablespoon of unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder or ½ tablespoon of chocolate chips.
