BLUEBERRY AND COCONUT SMOOTHIE

1 banana, peeled and frozen • 80 g (3 oz/½ cup) frozen blueberries
125 g (4 oz/½ cup) coconut yoghurt • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Bursting with flavour, this is a lovely little smoothie that is both satisfying and good for you.
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until thick, creamy and completely smooth, scraping down the sides every 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
