Damien taught me the Vacuum while he was still in prison. It has become one of the most important rituals for me, one I do every morning. As with any practice, it changed and grew as I realized how powerful the results were.
Keep in mind that the purpose of this practice is to purify your energy body. I find the exercise most effective when I stand, but it can be done anywhere and in any position. I’ve done it on a subway platform, on a plane, with a group of people, and alone in my bedroom.
Imagine the center of the earth is a powerful vacuum. From it comes a hose, similar to the hose on a wet-dry vacuum cleaner, but this hose attaches to the bottom of your feet.
The second it attaches, you feel a strong pull on your energy body.
This is where you can begin to call out specific conditions or behaviors you want eradicated or dissolved. Ask that hate, bitterness, judgment, fear, illness, resentment, resistance—anything that is preventing you from living your divine purpose, anything that doesn’t bring joy or love—be sucked out by the vacuum.
As the hose attaches, you can see in your mind’s eye dark matter being powerfully pulled out of you, traveling down a transparent hose to be consumed by the center of the earth, where it’s recycled into green energy that sustains life.
The power vacuum cleans out every area of your body. Areas like the mind and the heart can be especially stubborn, with big, dark gobs of gunk, but they eventually give way. Any blockages break up and are whisked away through the hose.
Once the head is completely clean, the energy of the aura is then sucked down through the top of the head, and down through the center of your body, which is also now clean.
When you feel the vacuum has cleaned everything, the hose detaches and is pulled back into the center of the earth. The opening at your feet closes up.
Now draw down gold light from the Source of all above your head. Breathe in this golden light three to ten times, filling up your new, clean body with divine, healing radiance.
The glorious feeling that follows is hard to believe at first. If you suffer from a toothache, it’s suddenly gone. If you’re working on ridding yourself from a particular strain of fear, you’ll find it’s fading by the day. If you’re anxious, a quiet calm descends.
Damien used this practice while in prison to help him with pain when he couldn’t see a doctor or obtain medication. I believe it’s one of the main reasons his health wasn’t more devastated than it was by his imprisonment.
