You can do this ritual whether or not you have any crystals to work with.

• Imagine a huge source of light above you that represents God. Inhale the white light from that Source into your heart chakra several times, each time seeing it grow brighter.
• Now, as you exhale, see that bright light that has accumulated in your heart center rush down your arms, taking all of the dark residue with it, cleaning your energy body and directing it into a black ball of negative energy between your hands.
• You can now drop the ball into the earth, visualizing it sinking down, becoming cleansed as it reaches the center of the earth where it can become beneficial energy.
• Another version is to take the ball of light and toss it up into that Divine Source above your head, where it will be burned up and recycled.
