• Ask God to take you to a place of peace and love and to dissolve any thoughts of fear or anxiety.
• Envision a huge window above you—the type that opens outward with two panes. Ask God to open these windows to let love pour down upon you.
• Suddenly the windows open and a deluge of gold light pours down upon you. Sit and let it flow over you. Imagine the golden light to be like sparkling champagne, light and effervescent. Take it in and fill up your entire body.
• As it fills up the world around you, you can rise up and move through it joyously. As you feel yourself getting lighter and lighter, you realize the golden sphere in your heart center is glowing brighter and brighter until your body dissolves and the gold light that is your essence remains, glowing brightly.
• You know this light is connected to every soul that ever was or ever will be. Enjoy the feeling this freedom and joy brings.
