This shielding ritual is a little more advanced than the previous two. This takes some practice to get used to but can feel incredibly powerful once you’ve mastered it.

• Begin by standing in the center of your ritual space, inhaling the energy that permeates the world around you. It passes through your body, out your feet, and fills the earth with brilliant white light.
• With every inhalation, the light within the earth grows brighter and brighter.
• After doing this from three to ten times, step forward with your left foot as you exhale, and extend both arms before you while allowing the energy to rush back up through your body and toward your hands.

• Now eject the energy from your hands. See it being flung all the way to the very edge of the universe, where it bounces back toward you with tremendously increased velocity. When it slams back into you, the light wraps around you and completely envelops you in an egg-shaped dome.
