This guide will help you find most everything you need to make the cocktails in this book. We’ve included online sources and/or stores that ship for those of you who do not live near Asian markets, gourmet markets or conventional grocery stores with have strong Asian sections. We’ve included several online stores that sell spirits and wine, however, only about thirty states in America permit shipment of alcoholic beverages. If you live in a state that doesn’t permit shipment, simply improvise as best you can, using our suggested substitutions as a guide, or jump in your car and drive to the closet state line. Note that even though bitters contain alcohol, they are classed as a food product and able to be shipped anywhere.
