1. Measure the length of the webbing, prom queen-sash style, starting with the top of your shoulder, then going down diagonally across your chest, under your arm to the back side, and up diagonally across your back, the ends meeting again at the top of your shoulder with some additional room left to adjust the belt. My belt measures 55 inches.
2. Cut a second, 30-inch strip of webbing, which will be used to secure the glue sticks to the belt. Set it aside.
3. Lay the longer piece of webbing diagonally across your chest in bandito fashion. With chalk, mark the point where the belt meets the top of your collarbone.
4. Spread out the belt on a flat surface. Hot glue 1 inch of the shorter webbing to the belt piece at the chalk line. Fold the shorter webbing away from the bottom piece and place the glue stick on the belt where the two pieces meet. It should fit snugly between the belt pieces.
5. Make a line of hot glue directly next to the glue stick, making sure the glue is as close to the stick as possible so the pieces don’t fall out of your holster during vigorous craft/revolution settings.
6. Fold the top webbing down to the glue, securing the stick between the belt pieces.
7. Repeat Steps 4 through 6 for each stick until all pieces have been attached.
8. Fit the buckle pieces onto the belt and don it with pride.
