Bordering one of DC’s most unappreciated green spaces, Glover Park is populated largely by well-heeled couples. The Palisades, which hugs the river, is off in its own little world of twee front porches. But Foxhall, on the extreme and unapologetic end, is so exclusive that it’s completely inaccessible by public transportation.
