If you ever follow Rock Creek Park to its northern end, you’ll stumble upon a quiet sanctuary of beautiful homes, seemingly far away from the gritty city. Sandwiched between the Beltway and the District line, between Chevy Chase and Silver Spring, life here is green and lovely. The Forest Glen Seminary’s architecturally eclectic buildings are a must-see, however, even if you don’t call this hilly neighborhood home.
