A sprawling multicultural hodgepodge, two roads—Columbia Pike and Leesburg Pike—dominate this neighborhood, if you can call it that. The area isn’t exactly homey (unless “chaotic” and “crammed” is what your heart desires), with its eye-paining high-rises, plethora of strip malls, and apartment communities that have seen better days. On the bright—or rather, green—side, Four Mile Run is great for riding your bike or taking your dog for a romp.
