What You’ll Need: clear base and top coat; white nail polish; black nail polish; black acrylic paint; hot pink nail polish; gold glitter nail polish; fine-tipped brush
1. Apply a clear base coat.
2. Apply two coats of white polish on all nails except for the thumbnails. On the thumbnails, apply two coats of black polish.
3. Using a fine-tipped brush and black paint, draw horizontal stripes on the white nails. You may need to go over the stripes several times to achieve the desired opacity.
4. On each thumbnail, using a fine-tipped brush and hot pink polish, draw two vertical ovals for the eyes and a horizontal oval centered between the eyes for the nose. Add the whiskers.
5. Using the same brush, add the bow on the top right part of the nail. (See this page.)
6. Once the bow has dried (about five minutes), use a fine-tipped brush and gold glitter polish to outline the bow.
7. Apply a clear top coat to all nails.
