1. Apply a clear base coat.
2. Apply two coats of white polish on all nails (alternating the color if you choose).
3. Using a fine-tipped brush and black paint, draw three horizontal lines across the nail. You will need to go over the stripe several times to achieve the desired opacity.
4. Apply a top coat to all nails.
