The Protector’s Mission is the third book in my Alaskan Search and Rescue series. In this story, Jesse Hunt is a K-9 police officer who gets caught up with a serial bomber. When he isn’t doing his police work, he is volunteering for search and rescue operations in the Anchorage area. K-9 teams go above and beyond to find people. The dogs are amazing. I thought Alaska was the perfect setting for a series centered on search and rescue missions.
