Slow Cooker Gingerbread Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 cup of steel cut oatmeal

4 cups of water

1/4 cup of unsulphured molasses

1/2 cup of brown sugar

2 tsp of ground ginger

1 tsp of ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp of ground cloves

Preparations

1. Spray a non-stick cooking spray on the inside of a 5-6 quart slow cooker or line using a slow cooker liner.

2. Combine every ingredients into your slow-cooker, stir well to combine.

3. Cook with the lid on for 4 to 5 hours on LOW. Before serving, stir once more and enjoy!
