BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup of Italian salad dressing

1 finely diced medium yellow onion

18 oz of honey barbecue sauce, any brand you prefer

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Preparations

1. Spray a non-stick cooking spray on the inside of a 5-6 quart slow cooker or line using a slow cooker liner.

2. Place the chicken breasts at the slow cooker base.

3. Mix Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Italian salad dressing, onion and 1 bottle of BBQ sauce together in a medium mixing bowl.

4. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker, over the chicken.

5. Cook with the lid on for 6 to 8 hours on LOW 

6. When it’s done, remove and shred chicken breasts.

7. Transfer the shredded chicken into the crock pot and stir until well coated in the sauce.

8. Serve chicken mixture on rolls or buns, enjoy!
