Ingredients
1-1/2 tbsp of minute tapioca
1 cup of unsweetened apple juice or cider
1 tbsp of brown sugar
1 green peeled apple, cored and sliced
1 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries
6 (5 ounces each) skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves
Preparations
1. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl, then season with pepper and salt and transfer into a 4-Quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with apples and cranberries.
2. Stir the tapioca, apple juice and brown sugar together in a medium bowl and pour into the slow cooker.
3. Cook with the lid on for 4 to 6 hours on LOW, or until the chicken is cooked.
